Common side effects include:
1. Swelling: This is one of the most common side effects and usually subsides within a few days.
2. Bruising: Minor bruising around the injection sites is possible, particularly in areas with delicate skin.
3. Redness: The treated area may appear red or flushed immediately after the procedure.
4. Tenderness: The area may feel sore or tender to the touch for a short period.
5. Lumps or Bumps: Some individuals may experience small lumps or bumps under the skin, which usually resolve as the filler settles.
6. Itching: Mild itching can occur as the skin adjusts to the filler.
7. Asymmetry: Temporary asymmetry might occur, but it typically evens out as the filler settles.
8. Infection: Although rare, there is a risk of infection at the injection sites.
9. Allergic Reactions: Some individuals may experience allergic reactions, although screening is done during your consultation with Adore clinics.
10. Tyndall Effect: A bluish tint can appear if the filler is placed too superficially.
11. Nodules or Granulomas: In rare cases, small lumps may form as a reaction to the filler material.
Most side effects are temporary and resolve on their own. It's important to follow aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner and consult them if you have any concerns.
